Health, Freedom and Creative Thought in an AI World
​
We are now in the ‘AI Revolution’. How does this affect human evolution, health and freedom? What kind of therapeutics do we need to help those on their soul-spiritual path?
Just as we are moving towards the Spirt Self and the development of the Creative Imagination, the Ahrimanic forces are proceeding with ‘Artificial Intelligence’. Instead of a soul-spiritual journey to our Source, we face the Singularity, the melding of mechanics and brain. Mind is reduced to ‘Intellect’ and evolution is reduced to quantitative modelling. Thinking is reduced to quantitative assessment, feeling to chemical interactions and will to material enrichment.
At our previous Autumn School, we examined the process and importance of the physiology of true, creative thinking to the development of mind and consciousness, as well as to true freedom to unfold our creative powers.

The AI revolution envisages a system of medicine that can soon end aging and challenge death using chemicals and artificial aids. What are the consequences for our evolution?
As Steiner stated, we can only evolve as human beings “when our goals and activities grow out of a healthy body, soul, and spirit.” The key to health at all these levels is a true system of medicine based on natural and spiritual laws. The organic activities in human organism and the soul spiritual activities form a dynamic polarity. While the physical level affects the soul, it is just as, if not more important, to understand how the soul forces can influence and shape the physical.

In Heilkunst and Romantic Science we understand that health and illness originate from the soul-spiritual dimension. Remediation must also encompass soul-spiritual aspects, in order to support and enhance human evolution and consciousness in the world of increasing materialism.
​
The advance of ‘AI’ plays a necessary role for our evolution, but how may we stay connected as spiritual beings and not become cut off from our spiritual source. What is the role of Heilkunst and Romantic Science in the face of these increasing Ahrimanic forces?
